⭐ Can I order ON-HAND items with PRE-ORDER items? What if I also order on Etsy?

- Yes, but do note that on-hand items will be shipped together with pre-order items! (❁´▽`❁)*✲ﾟ If you do not wish to wait that long for them, please order them separately! 

- If you also order on-hand items through Etsy and want them to be shipped with your pre-order, contact me here! ( •̀ ω •́ )✧ I will give you a shipping discount coupon.

⭐ It says you can't ship to my country (´。＿。｀)

I usually ship using Philpost (my country's postal service), and they can't ship to all countries. However, I can use a different courier, albeit more expensive, so please send me an email or message me on my socials if you'd like me to check if it's possible to ship to your country and how much it'll cost, so I can add it to the list! Let's coordinate on it together!

⭐ When will my order be shipped?

- Pre-orders will be shipped 1 to 3 months AFTER the pre-order period has ended! This is to give time for production and preparation! Please don't order if you can't wait that long :') 
There might also be instances where I suddenly cannot ship orders to certain countries due to unforseen circumstances (war/conflict, port congestion, natural disasters), so we'll have to wait until my post office accepts your package again. Hoping for your patience with this! ( ´•̥̥̥ω•̥̥̥` )

⭐ When will I receive my order?

- Orders are shipped from the Philippines, so depending on your location and certain delays due to the unforseen circumstances, it can take 2 weeks to longer than a month. (Unfortunately, once I've shipped the order, I no longer have control over the package. (*´д｀*)

Don't worry! All orders come with a tracking number so you can check the status!

• Please make sure to check your orders and shipping details before checking-out! Strictly no refunds for wrong orders and details!! Paypal doesn't return Paypal fees to sellers so I'll end up with a loss 😭

• If I made a mistake on the item I shipped however, I will send you the correct items ASAP. (Please provide video upon opening (preferrable) or picture.)

• I make sure to check all items and pack them properly before shipping. I will not be responsible or issue refunds for items lost or damaged during shipping, as that is the courier's fault. But I do hope all your orders arrive safe and sound!

• For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is indicated in the product description, so please be patient and don't file a Paypal dispute :'(  I post updates on my social media pages, and will inform you if ever I think shipping will take longer than indicated (due to production issues or the like).
